C. Logical Goals Establishment reserves the right to claim the full annual subscription amount, even if the package is not used or the website is not accessed during the subscription period.
D. The client acknowledges full awareness of these terms and undertakes to comply with them without objection.

A. Commercial sponsorship services are provided under a separate agreement, and their details are determined according to the client’s needs.
B. We reserve the right to amend or suspend commercial sponsorship services if the client exceeds the agreed terms.
A. Members and clients must provide correct and accurate information and refrain from publishing false information.
B. You must have the legal rights to publish property information and the attached images. We are not responsible for any intellectual property rights violations.
C. Any posting of a real estate advertisement from IP addresses outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be blocked, even if the advertiser is the account owner on the platform.
D. Any duplicate advertisement will be hidden or deleted if it uses an advertising license number, even if it belongs to another member (advertiser) on the platform.
E. Adding the price in the advertisement is mandatory. Any advertisement without a price (sale or lease) will be hidden or deleted.
F. Shabakat Aqar is a licensed platform operating under government regulations and laws represented by the General Real Estate Authority. If the Authority directs that any account be suspended, it will be suspended until a further directive is issued to reactivate it, without any financial obligations, refund of membership fees, or compensation for the suspension period.
A. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the services or real estate marketing.
B. Members and clients are responsible for indemnifying us and safeguarding our rights in the event of a breach of the terms.
Members’ and clients’ information is handled with complete confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All members and clients must comply with the applicable laws and legislation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in addition to all laws and regulations issued by the General Real Estate Authority.
