Service Requirements

  1. Concluding a real estate brokerage contract through the General Real Estate Authority website.
  2. Filling out the “Offer Your Property” form, including all required details.
  3. Uploading high-quality, watermark-free photos of the property.

Service Fees

  1. Obtain a free advertising license from the General Real Estate Authority (includes advertising fees on Aqar Network).
  2. 2.5% of the selling price as commission for Aqar Network.

If the property price is within market value or competitive, and the offer is exclusive to Aqar Network, you will receive:

  • A free real estate marketing package worth 1350 SAR.
  • Prominent placement of your real estate advertisement on Aqar Network.
  • Marketing your property through Aqar Network’s social media platforms.

Important

  • This service is for selling, not for renting.
  • If the property price is higher than the average prices in the city and neighborhood, and without competitive features, we regret that we cannot proceed with the offer.
